A typical micro-winery is a 4’x4’ glass enclosed space with 1 French oak barrel and 1 Italian stainless steel tank giving you the look of a professional winery. This will produce a cycle of 200 bottles or more.

2. We meet with the owner, chef and designer to get an understanding of your style and approach, your concept and cuisine. We’ll work together to choose the exclusive blends that best reflect your restaurant and packaging to match your brand.
3. We’ll work together to locate, design and build the micro-winery optimizing it for production, aesthetic and customer experience. As little as a 4’x4’ space will work.
4. We’ll take care of your liquor license amendment and arrange an appropriate space for wine storage.
5. Then our winemakers take on the production cycle for your facility.
6. With each vintage our winemakers will have a tasting with your owner and chef to ensure your satisfaction.
