If you love wine, here is where you can get closer to your passion on every level. Your journey begins in the exquisitely designed 10,000 sq ft winery in the heart of Toronto. Greeted by the expert De Miguel vintners, you are invited to experience all the joys and learning associated with crafting your wines.

Make wine

From grape selection through to bottling, you can engage as much or as little as you desire in the process of winemaking. Within a few short weeks, your handcrafted wines will be ready for barrel aging or available for bottling and enjoying.

We have a range of varietals from the best vineyards around the world; something for every taste and budget. If you can’t decide, try our barrel futures where you receive a case of wine each month chosen specially by our winemakers.

Enjoy the winery

Beyond wine, we offer the winery experience for you to enjoy. Join in the many activities that V1 hosts from art shows to our famous grape stomping festival each fall. Use the winery for your own events celebrating anniversaries, weddings, birthdays or just a girl’s night out.
