White Zinfandel

This is a semi-sweet rosé (blush-style) wine made from fresh juice derived from Zinfandel grapes, which is also known as Primitivo in Italy. Zinfandel has the potential to produce bold and spicy red wines, as well as semi sweet and fruity roses. White Zinfandel is not a grape varietal but a way of processing Zinfandel grapes. To make a White Zinfandel the red skins are not used. Without those skins, the resulting wine is light in color, sweet in flavor and without the harsh and rich flavors found in red wines.
